Ye Dai

Ye Dai is an AI researcher and engineer. She studied mathematics at Sichuan University and later specialized in optimal control theory at Humboldt University of Berlin, connecting optimization algorithm to inverse problems and robust statistics. Recently, she has focused on reliable LLM systems that combine RAGs, feature engineering, and online learning, and she contributed an end-to-end industrial image-defect pipeline using YOLO for micro-cracks and fractures. Outside of work, she supports libraries, book clubs, and community meal programs. Early inspirations—from existentialist writers to cyberpunk—still guide her taste for layered structure and clear reasoning. Ye will continue to explore AI with independence, rigor, and an open, inclusive spirit.
